We're two gear nerds who prefer to be in the backcountry rather than at our desks. We both juggle day jobs and familiy responsibilities along with this website. Our goal is to bring you detailed information about outdoor gear through direct experience using it. We rely on our gear to perform well in critical situations and we know you do to.
